Whether you're already in the process of having a job done
with Cravens Nursery or still considering, this guide
will walk you through the process of meeting all of your goals.
We will be glad to provide a free consultation and cost estimate
for you if you are considering a professional design and installation.
Our highly-trained designers will visit your site to discuss
your project needs and goals. During this consultation, they
will describe what Cravens Nursery can do to help you
meet these goals, and by giving you the approximate installation
prices, can also help you establish a budget.
Then you may arrange an appointment to meet with your designer
to review the design and view the materials at the nursery.

- During the consultation, speak with the designer about
your design goals. Depending on the type of job, you will usually
receive a price and basic design on the spot.
- Choose your material. Your designer will walk you through
your basic choices, and often will point you in a direction
they feel best suits your project. But you're always welcome
to come in to Cravens Nursery and look for yourself,
have one of our sales people show you around, or make an appointment
with your designer at the nursery to answer specific questions.

- Pay a 50% deposit (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or
Discover) and sign the contract to be scheduled for installation.
Wait period from date of deposit to installation date
varies by season and size of job, usually 1-4 weeks.
You can do all this by either speaking with your designer, the
landscape secretary or anyone from the landscape department.
- On the first day of installation, your designer and
our highly-skilled workers will come to your house to start
the project and allow you to approve any details that must be
done on day of installation i.e. unusual curves in walkways,
etc.
- Upon completion, your balance is due (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard
or Discover).
